Booking early is highly recommended to secure your preferred date. Our calendar fills quickly; especially for weddings and peak seasons, and with only one lead artist available, availability is limited.

To avoid disappointment, we suggest confirming your slot as soon as your event date is set.

We operate on a first-come, first-served basis and are unable to hold dates without a deposit.

To secure your preferred slot, a 50% deposit via PayNow is required. This confirms your booking and ensures the date is reserved exclusively for you, avoiding any risk of it being taken by another client.

We kindly ask that you provide a specific time slot when booking; just like you would for a facial or dental appointment. This helps us plan the day efficiently and ensures we can give each client the time and attention they deserve.

A bridal trial is highly recommended, as it gives you the chance to explore your desired hair and makeup look in advance; ensuring everything feels and photographs beautifully, with no surprises on the day itself.

That said, if you choose to skip the trial, you are still in good hands. With experience, adaptability, and careful communication, we are fully prepared to make on-the-spot adjustments that reflect your style and preferences.

While we offer separate pre-wedding makeup rates, you are welcome to keep the look from your bridal trial afterward if it aligns with your shoot schedule.

Please note that bridal trials are designed for refining your look, so adjustments will be made during the session. As such, the makeup and hairstyling are not intended for long wear.

Bridal trials are held at the artist’s private home studio, located in the west. Sessions are by appointment only; and scheduled on weekdays 10 am to 12 pm.

Makeup can last beautifully with or without an ampoule. If your skin is dry or lacks radiance, we recommend addressing it early with a consistent skincare routine. In place of ampoules, we use trusted, high-performing products such as hydrating serums or antioxidant pads to support makeup longevity.

Brides are encouraged to prioritise skincare in the weeks leading up to the big day; hydrate well, eat vitamin-rich foods, exfoliate gently, and get enough rest. Healthy skin truly is the best canvas for beautiful makeup.

To ensure a smooth and comfortable experience, please take note of the following:

1. Provide accurate details for the appointment, including address, timing, and any special requests in advance.
2. Prepare a clean, well-lit space for the session.
3. Air conditioning is preferred to keep the bride comfortable and to prevent perspiration before makeup is completed.

A comfortable, organised environment allows us to work efficiently and deliver the best possible results.

If you are thinking of skipping a touch-up before key moments like your solemnisation or march-in; do keep Singapore’s humidity in mind.
